The product to be designed must be done so keeping the manufacturing in mind. As manufacturing capabilities of a particular client and location are limited, the product is designed keeping these limitations in mind. Once the design is complete, we make sure that the client does not face problems in creation by stepping into this process. Here the various components and assemblies are analysed. For each product perspective vendors are selected. For components requiring dies, jigs and fixtures, they are designed and sent to an appropriate vendor for manufacture. Cost analysis is done and based on the specific requirements of the product, vendors are selected and asked to provide samples of the product. This is also important due to the fact that in case manufacturing of any particular component is difficult to achieve the design can thus be modified to incorporate given conditions.
